Target beneficiaries:

Orphans and vulnerable children, AGYW's and caregivers

Goal: Improve hygiene, dignity and wellbeing through community skills development and local production of essential hygiene products (soap and reusable sanitary pads).

• Train community members in production of affordable bar soap
• Train AGYW's and caregivers in reusable sanitary pad making/production
• Improve menstrual hygiene management knowledge of AGYW's
• Support the establishment of community hygiene products production groups for sustainability

Clean Water Boreholes

Installed 4 boreholes across four villages to improve access to clean and safe water.

Mitawa, Mtepere, Mbemba and Howa villages

We installed 4 boreholes in four villages, Mitawa, Mtepere, Mbemba and Howa, to improve access to clean and safe water.

Hygiene and Sanitation: Soap Making

A hygiene and sanitation project in TA Haji, training vulnerable groups in soap making.

Sub Traditional Authority Haji

Target beneficiaries:

OVCs, home-based care patients, CBCC children

A hygiene and sanitation project being implemented in sub Traditional Authority Haji, centred on soap making.

The aim is to improve access to hygiene and sanitation among vulnerable people such as OVCs, home-based care patients and CBCC children.

Clothing & Blanket Distribution

Distribution of clothes to CBCC vulnerable children and blankets to their caregivers.
